Adaily tally of feeds, bottles, and pumps kept by hand through a stretch when the baby would not nurse — fifteen notebook pages, photographed and read by a vision model, then set in type. The numbers below are the raw transcription; the chart rounds them into shape.

The notebook logs in ounces — confirmed by the page headers themselves, which read Bottle (oz) / Pump (oz). The writer marks a small unit letter after each number; the model is told to read past it.
Every photograph was stored sideways (EXIF orientation 6); all are auto-rotated upright before reading, which is what made the columns line up. Handwriting OCR still isn't perfect — the values flagged * are the largest, and two pages arrived undated. Treat them as a prompt to check the photo, not as gospel.
The standfirst is paraphrased from a margin note on the June 25 page: “John is having a hard time taking the bottle.” That is the strike this log was kept through.
